GRAND RIVER

The residential and commercial building Grand River is nestled in the city center of Skopje, at the quay of the river Vardar, in a dynamic and urban environment full of multi-purpose activities and contents. The building, as a part of the Grand Skopje complex, with its residential and commercial unit offering enriches the environment and creates an opportunity for a new experience in the heart of Skopje. The facility was designed in accordance with the highest architectural standards and regulations for the construction of energy efficient buildings, with minimal impact on the environment. In both the building and the complex as a whole, special attention was dedicated to finding innovative solutions for implementing more low and high vegetation in the living areas. Through the use of large window panes and glass balcony railings to offer panoramic view of the city and its expanse, we strived to enable communication between the building itself and the surrounding nature. The large window panes, besides offering breathtaking views, provide enough daylight for a cozy home. The façade is realized using contemporary materials which produce discrete curves that change with every floor, thereby creating a dynamic look and helping the building appear in a sculpturesque manner. The environmentally-friendly materials used, the modern architectural expression, and the implementation of security systems of the greatest quality, all provide an elevated quality of life and a safe living with the highest standards.
